Current HOA Governing And Informational Documents
The Prides Crossing #4 HOA provides you with up-to-date documents governing the community, as well as budgets and policies. See our meeting minutes section for past HOA meeting summaries.
The Purpose of HOA Documents And Regulations
Your HOA operates based on a collection of governing documents. This collection is comprised of a set of rules called covenants, conditions, and restrictions, known as CC&Rs. These documents set the standard for the appearance, improvements, and dues for the neighborhood. They can specify the regulations on exterior property matters such as landscaping, garage use, and street parking, as well as pet ownership requirements and interior home improvements. Setting these community standards provides the guidelines for the best possible quality of life for you and your neighbors.
