March Minutes- Mary made motion to approve minutes, Al seconded it, vote and minutes approved
Prior to this meeting, the last 4 policies of HOA were reviewed by board members. Board agreed to pass:
ENFORCEMENT OF COVENANTS AND RULES POLICY, INSPECTION AND
COPYING OF ASSOCIATION RECORDS,
INVESTMENT OF RESERVE POLICY,
AMENDED AND RESTATED DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, AND RESTRICTIONS
Home owner under review of potential foreclosure notice due to nonpayment of HOA dues
Rich shared information HOA attorney regarding late fees. Late fee policy is good; HOA should charge 1.75% per month on unpaid balance, not to exceed 21% per year. Mary moved to approve, Al seconded, vote approved
HOA will put liens on homes who owe $100 or more. HOA attorney will file these liens for $125, payable by homeowner. Vote- 6 approved, 1 nay
