Prides Crossing #4 HOA Board Meeting Minutes
February 11, 2021
Board members in attendance: Karen Wilson, Steph Wallis, Franci Bond, and Eric Remelius.
Homeowners in attendance: Rich Roberts.
Karen called the meeting to order at 7:16pm
Steph motioned to approve December meeting minutes, Eric seconded the motion, all board members approved.
Christmas Light Contest:
There was very little interest. With only 4 homes nominated and two of them being board members’ homes, it was decided to split the prizes between the two homeowners that are not on the board. Each received a signed award and $75 in Visa gift cards.
Christmas Toy Shop:
The Christmas toy shop was a huge success. Through donations, we were able to serve 14 families. All left over donations have been put in storage and will be used for the 2021 Christmas toy shop. The hope is to hold it at the Smoky Hill Library and be able to serve more families.
Accounting:
A letter will go out to all homeowners with their March invoice for dues due April 1st. Including important CCR’s and policy updates.
Board will get Lori a list of all HOA bills and due dates.
Get an IRS form to get up to date on tax filings.
Carl filed 2019 taxes (per Rich) Karen will locate those tax forms.
Greenbelt:
Rich has one bid for a new fence, waiting on two more. Due to Covid, companies are backlogged and the time frame for replacement could be as far out as December-January. Replacement will include removal of old posts and installation of new ones. One company has said they would offer a discount to homeowners that go through them to replace their fences.
The planter in front of Rich’s house was hit by a car and needs repaired. Rich will put it back together. This Spring it will need to be cleaned up and new flowers planted.
Community Events:
Food truck Fridays: listed on website, in the newsletter, and signs will be put up on the fence.
Yard Sale: June 11th-13th
Dumpster/Shredding Day: June 26th
Harvest Fest/Trunk or Treat: October 9thChristmas Toy Shop: December 11th
All dates are subject to change due to the ongoing pandemic.

Re box trucks, City of Aurora codes must be followed.
