Monthly Meeting, 6/13/2018
In attendance: Rich, Al, Tom, Chris, Mary
Meeting called to order at 6:31
Minutes from May meeting: Chris- motion to accept; Mary- seconded motion; all in favor; minutes accepted.
Neighborhood garage sale planned for June 23-24, signs will be put out on Friday. Last policy – resolution for ADR. Tom made motion to approve, Chris, Mary and Al seconded, motion carried.
Special Assessment letter to the homeowners reviewed and approved – will be sent out this week.
Covenant violation letter reviewed and approved to start sending out. Rich will make suggested changes and send to the bookkeeping firm.
Reviewed proposed annual budget which includes current water usage and sprinkler system repairs. Motion to approve – Al, Mary seconded, motion approved.
Fence replacement colors reviewed and selected (Dark Brown).
Annual meeting packet reviewed and discussion of procedures and presentations.
New speed limit signs noticed in the community – 25 mph.
Additional charges for dumpster rental as a result of overfilling.
Meeting adjourned at 7:20.
Next meeting is on 8/8/18 at 6:30 at Smoky Hill Library.
