Prides Crossing #4 HOA Board Meeting Minutes
June 6th, 2019
Board members in attendance: Reed Porter, Steph Wallis, Debbie Huizar, and Charlene Stratton.
Homeowners in attendance: Rich Roberts, Chris Kelly, Mary Kelly, and Cindy Kramm.
Reed called the meeting to order at 6:34pm
Deb motioned to approve May’s meeting minutes, Charlene seconded the motion, all board member’s approved.
Steve Bobrik has resigned. The board now has 6 members.
Re 2019 Annual Meeting:
August 2nd, Smoky Hill Library meeting room. Registration begins at 6:00pm, meeting will start at 6:30pm.
Charlene will put together documents for Annual Meeting Packets.

Re Greenbelt:
Hawkins Brothers are not doing a “great” job. They have subcontracted lawn mowing to a company called Lawn Barbers.
Rich said he is willing to help with the greenbelt committee.
Reed made a motion for Rich to head the Greenbelt Committee, with any and all contracts and purchases to be approved by the board, Steph seconded the motion, and all board members approved.
Debbie has spoken with Hawkins and there are no outstanding invoices.
Re Community Events:
Dumpster Day is this Saturday, June 8th, there will be three dumpsters at Tanforan and Wagontrail from 8:00am to noon.
Charlene will make flyers to pass out Re where to take waste that we cannot accept.
Reed will call and ask about a dishwasher and coke machine.Volunteers to run the event:
8:00am: Charlene
9:00am: Debbie
10:00am: Steph
11:00am: Reed
Garage sale has been rescheduled to July 12th-13th.
Re Budget:
Debbie will meet with Carl, our accountant, re his shortcomings and duties as such, as he is failing to keep meticulous financial records for the board.
The board reviewed the proposed budget to be presented at the annual meeting in August.
Re Policy:
Board will ask Damien to create a Personal Information policy as DORA does not have a template for one.
Re Newsletter:
Edit annual meeting information.
Board has received good feedback and will create a schedule for future editions.
Re Enforcement of Policy:
There was a complaint made re a swing set in a front yard. The board will seek legal consult
before moving forward.
The Board entered an executive session @ 7:55pm
Meeting adjourned at 8:23pm.
