Meeting Called to Order 6:35 pm

September Meeting Minutes Approved by motion of the board

  • Fence Discussion
    - Fence Bracing has been completed
    - Discussion on full replacement of fence cannot continue until a reserves study is
    completed, factoring in life of fence after post repairs are completed
    - Reserve Study to be researched by Melissa and Matthew
    - If fence is to remain long term it will need sanding and re-staining
    - $5,000 budget approved for replacement of posts to extend fence lifetime at $200
    a post via successful motion.
    - Xeriscaping research to be completed by Melissa
    - Request made to update website with information on the assessment refund

  • Sprinklers
    - Expected need for two new sprinkler zones at $1,000 per zone
    - Sprinklers have been shut off for the winter

  • Winter Plans
    - Steve Requesting Sidewalks are salted at mailboxes, pending updated contract
    from vendor

  • Meeting Locations
    - Booked at the school through April
    - Need to determine if we will take January off or December, due to 1st week
    nature of meetings.
    - Possible to meet on a delayed schedule in January

  • Working Group Creation
    - Working groups to focus on community needs and specialize
    - Architectural Review Committee
    - Need to validate policy on board member involvement in committee
    - Volunteers
    - Rich Roberts
    - Possibly Al Harvey - need confirmation
    - Greenbelt Working Group
    - Focused on fence and grass maintenance
